On 17 July 2026, Rahul Gandhi addressed the Dehradun edition of “Chhatron Ki Goonj”, a student interaction held in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. There he spun lies thinking no one will call him out. He also conveniently ignored how congress state governments were turning a blind eye to paper leaks.

01 The final conviction rate for paper leaks in India is absolute zero, with not a single major perpetrator convicted or sent to jail.
